Local Artist Tiffany Smith announces the opening of the Tiffany Smith Gallery located at 110 Prospect Street Johnstown, New York. The inaugural exhibition 'That's it. That's all.' will open Friday June 15th, reception at 8PM. This show will run until July 5th.

Ms. Smith having lived and worked in the Upstate area for the past four years recognized few venues that showcased contemporary local and national artists. "I see new possibilities for collectors by bringing in fresh new artists to this area ," comments Ms. Smith.

The gallery is offering "open studio" hours to the public. This will allow the art community to use the studio facilities to develop their craft. The studio is equipped for study in ceramics, sculpture, printmaking, painting, drawing, casting, glass work, and paper making . The gallery is also available for social events.

Ms. Smith has also scheduled a documentary/independent film series. Films about artists and their techniques will be featured. The gallery is now accepting submissions for their 2008 calendar, send digital images with descriptions via email at TiffanySmithGallery@gmail.com.
